Weigh dogs before treatment. Dogs are treated by weight with the appropriate sized tablet or combination of tablets. Milbemax Allwormer is given as a single dose by mouth. Milbemax Allwormer should be administered with or after some food. Milbemax Allwormer for dogs is available in two sizes. Small dog tablet for puppies and dogs from 0.5 kg to 5 kg and a large dog size for dogs between 5 and 25 kg. Puppies and very small dogs between 0.5 and 1 kg are given half of the small dog tablet. Dogs between 25 and 50 kg are given two of the large dog sized tablets. A common regime for treatment is to worm puppies every 2 weeks of age from 2 weeks old until 12 weeks, monthly from 3 months until 6 months then every 3 months as an adult dog. Treat breeding bitches prior to mating then 10 days before whelping and 2 and 4 weeks after whelping.
