Very impressive quality for the price

I normally don't write reviews unless I'm asked to do so but I felt like logging in to my Amazon account and write a review for these bad boys. The quality of the cable is just phenomenal for only 13$. I went to Archambault, which is a music store (Like Steve's Music in Ottawa) to buy a XLR to 1/4 Jack cable and they wanted to charge me 49.99$ for one (1) cable, not to mention how cheap the wire looked like. So I went on Amazon instead to buy one and I found this Monoprice cable for only 13$.. I thought it was going to be bad but it turned out to be one of the best audio cables I have ever purchased. It's a THICK cable, robust, kind of unbreakable with metal spring around the connector edges for better durability. For the price, it's just crazy how good it is. I will only purchase my audio wires from them from now on. The sound is not better but there's no "Bad Connecting Noise" when you plug them and high durability. Thanks Monoprice!

Tenía mis dudas acerca de la calidad, pero todas se desvanecieron.
Excelente calidad en la construcción, NO se sienten baratos para nada.

Los ocupo para conectar monitores de estudio a una interface de audio, y note un gran incremento de calidad a mis anteriores cables (cables armados), además de una sensación de más espacio, súper recomendables!

En cuanto a su duración, solo llevo un mes con ellos y siguen como el primer día.

Y una sugerencia, si los ocupas como yo, 1.80 te pueden llegar a quedar algo ajustados, mejor ve por los 3m

The cable is excellent quality and the trs plug is excellent quality however unfortunately the xlr quality control on the sizing is BAD, I can barely plug it in , goes extremely hard , the diameter is to small . Which is sad cause the rest of the cable is very good

Para el precio que cuestan estos cables yo esperaba algo de menor calidad, pero me lleve una grata sorpresa, los uso conectados a una interfaz de audio que sale a unos monitores Yamaha Hs7 y la señal es increiblemente clara, sin ningun tipo de interferencia y mejoraron mucho el sonido a comparación de mis anteriores cables de conexión ts(Lo cual no es lo ideal, pero cuando no hay otra cosa, lo que sea es bueno), inclusive se distinguen un poco mejor las frecuencias tanto de los bajos como de los agudos, muy recomendables

As cables should they worked first try and have never failed since. I'm using them from my recording interface (its cheaper as has 1/4" outs) to my small Genelec studio monitors which require XLR. Nothing to complain about.

A first rate cable: tough 16 AWG, shielded and balanced. The connectors are robust with professional features: a spring to prevent cable kinking at the TRS jack; unscrewable should repairs be needed... Though based on the quality of components and construction repairs won't be necessary. They're built tough and I expect they'll last for years. I bought two, received them in less than a day, tested them immediately and... They deliver the sound! Verdict: l'm 100% satisfied.

Utilizo este cable para conectar mi guitarra a una interfaz USB XLR hembra.

Hasta ahora no he grabado, pero juego Rocksmith con esta configuración y el sonido es excelente. Hay algo de ruido constante pero estoy casi seguro que es un falso en la interfaz y no en el cable. La construcción se siente de muy buena calidad.
