After trying so many different products, this is THE product that helps in keeping my acne in check. I had wasted money and sadly have tossed other left over products after trying.
After about 3 months I've settled for 'Neutragena oil-free acne wash' as my daily facewash.
TIP: Apply to palm and make lather first before applying to face. Twice or 3 times a day does the trick for me.
Works best with a good non-comedogenic/water based moisturiser (as any deep cleanser, this will dry your skin).Neutrogena Oil-Free Acne Wash 175mL

Then why one star ? Read below.
First things first. This is NOT for sensitive skin. I bought this product as this is paraben and PABA free.
After using this face wash , it dries out the skin . I use moisturizer anyway so it doesn't seem like a problem to me . It has salicylic acid which is potent in getting rid of acnes .
I always wanted to use safe ingredients but this product has CL 19140 aka Tartrazine which is derived from coal tar and causes ADHD. Its just a coloring dye and am not sure why would they choose this .
Second is it has CL 16035 aka Allura Red , another dye which seems to reduce reproduction potency in rats.
Will I purchase this again ? Nope.

Beware of this product
I have never written so long in my life for any product but I really wish any other person like me does not get in trap of this product
If you do feel same give a like so that I can also get to know about same from you all
Most importantly a good diet containing lots of fruits will help the process faster. I'm following a strict diet regime for acne skin and hence observing result faster.
Miracle for pimples. Got a better deal here at Amazon.
Edit: in the longer use its not very effective. You still keep developing acne and it doesn't really clear the blackheads and cyctic acne if you have that use acne star soap and gel instead because it will help you get rid of them and is better in the longer run.
But will only do the job of stopping pimples popping up, only if used at least 3 times a day. Lathers up nicely too.
I have been using this product for years and probably won't stop. It makes me feel refreshed and clean, keeps away bumps. Use only if you have mild acne and oily skin, this product is for you!
I am not any fraud user who writes review to increase the sale of this product.i am a genuine customer like all of you and a seeker who reads through the reviews to make sure if it's worth buying.
I have been acne since last 6 years.and my skin is too oily.at first I couldn't figure out what my skin type is.but after 5years when assuring with doctor,I confirmed that I had oily skin.which helps clog pores and trap bacteria that leads to acne.i had consulted many dermatologists.bt what they do is they will give you costly antibiotics and creams.after visiting many doctors I still couldn't get rid of it.then I make up my mind not to go to dr.i used to try one product each in 2months to check which one would help to get rid of my acne.then I got cetaphil.which is quite better bt works mild for oily acne prone skin.
And then I choose neutrogena.i heard more of this back then bt I couldn't try bcz of it's high cost.atlast I made up my mind and bought it.it really make your breakouts at bay.i have stopped getting severe breakout.it actually clears your pores acne bacteria and prevents from further breakouts.when I wash with it, my face get rid of any oil on my face.sometimes I get breakouts.1 or 2.bt that's too less compared to earlier breakouts.now actually I stopped worrying about my face all the time.i had terrible acne issues.bt it made my life simple somewhat.
You should give it a try guys.neutrogena moisturizer and this face wash worked wonder on my skin.
