Just make sure you wear socks after applying the cream on your heels at night. My heels look much better after a few uses. I then use another foot cream to moisturise the whole foot.

Take no notice of the negative reviews, I have only been using this excellent product for a few weeks. My feet have vastly improved from being rough and cracked, and sore, to being really soft and back to normal. I highly recommend this product, worth every penny. You always get people putting others off, they usually don’t give a product be it medical or other a decent chance, and expect it to work overnight. Another point it’s made in the USA, enough said,American products are reliable and well made.

I was sceptical about this product meeting the standards of the reviews. I am an ex postie and still suffer from hard skin on the heals of my feet after years of walking the streets delivering mail. I have tried well know branded foot creams in the past that turned out to be a waste of money. However, having read the reviews I gave this one a go, and OMG, after one application I really noticed a massive difference. The rough skin had really softened and wearing shoes became comfortable again! I applied the cream at night, massaged it in and wore a pair of sports socks, so that may have helped with the absorption of the cream. I have only had to apply the cream a second time, and again had excellent results. I estimate I will only have to use this once a week, so the pot will go a long way. I will definitely buy more when required and absolutely do recommended you give this a go if you have dry or rough feet. Amazing!

I ordered this foot cream as have been using the hand cream for couple of years and really like it, foot cream is the same texture harder than normal creams and only need a small amount, see before & after photos with foot file and this cream twice a day for 2 days, will continue to use twice a day to get heels smoother.

Ive suffers with the skin on my feet for years and nothings helped my dry skin so I read some of the reviews for this cream so il be really honest and say it has taken along time but I persevered with this healthy feet cream I've actually nearly used a full tub but just look at the difference in the photos.

I used it every night for I think its a couple of month and I did miss the odd day but just look at the difference the photos speak for themselves if your feet are really bad just hang on in there it does work

Great for dry and cracked heels, but...

I have a constant battle with my heels as they are prone to drying and cracking. It got to the point where they were so badly dry and cracked, that my heels literally shred a hole through my bed sheets. This foot cream is helpful, but would be useless without the concurrent use of a foot rasp to file away dead, dry skin. I recommend the Colossal Foot Rasp Foot File And Callus Remover, available on Amazon for under 10 bucks (at time of this writing).

Moisturize your feet with the cream twice a day, once at bedtime, and once in the morning. At the very least use it once per day. During your daily bath or shower, use a foot rasp to file away dead, dry skin. Done daily, you'll experience improvements within the first couple of weeks. But use of both products must be diligent and persistent -- you can't let up. Even after you experience improvements, don't stop. Everyday use the cream and rasp on your feet.

The cream is not greasy and has nearly no odor. After applying it to your feet, it washes away from your fingers quickly and easily under cold tap water. I highly recommend this cream, but only if used in conjunction with a foot file or rasp. I simply don't see it being useful on its own.

Update 7/25/20: C’mon Amazon, what gives? You’ve been pricing this stuff for between $15-$20 for the last several months. Just picked up some at local box store for $7.99. Used to buy this regularly from Amazon, but absolutely will not buy at current or recent price points.
