Bought as a present and both parents and toddler loved it! It's sturdy enough so that it doesn't bend easily and is absolutely fine when dropped and repeatedly stepped on. It's the kind of game that is good for a couple of years. The two year old we bought it for is currently learning to say the colours on the cards and the names of the shapes, but it will also be useful for when he learns to read as well. Later, we can use it for its intended purpose - the lotto game.
Orchard toys are incredible, the older children have many of them (shopping games, dino racing and others) I purchased this one as a fun way to teach my son who is two to identify colours and also to help with matching pairs, grouping colours, animals etc. It looks like a fun game let's hope he likes it too.
Lovely all round. Bought this for my 2 year old. He loves matching the pics and it's helped with colours and words. We don't play the proper game yet. But hoping it will help him learn turn taking and sharing, over time.
I find that these games are amazing for my daughter (4 year old) who has global development delay. I find it really hard to buy her toys that she will play with but she always wants to play with these. We own most of the Orchard toy range. Very happy mummy.
Bought this to add to our collection of orchard games and as always it didn't disappoint. Both my children aged 5 and almost 3 really enjoy playing it and it is really helping my youngest learn his colours. Fun for all the family.
Excellent game to help with colours for my 2 year old. The box however is so flimsy! The bottom doesn't stay shut properly so you put the game away and it comes straight back out the bottom, resulting in missing pieces. A more robust box and it'd be perfect 👌
Great game - I brought this for my 18month old as she loves playing games like this. I had previously used it in the school where I used to teach reception children so I knew it was great for colour learning but also for speech development and hand eye coordination. I would recommend this game to anyone with a child who loves to learn in a fun and exciting way!!
I did not expect a 2 year old to be able to play this game but he has have already invented several variants of the game. He likes it and often asks for it. It teaches colours but also allows children to lead the game, to describe the picture, etc. I would recommend.
