I'm giving these 3 stars because they seem like good quality grips. That's where the good ends. I received 2 hole grips, when I ordered 3 hole. Also, the sizing chart on here is completely wrong. The grips I received had a different sizing chart attached to them, so they are bigger than I was expecting. I received what would have been considered xl on their chart pictured here on Amazon.

I'm keeping these because I really need grips for this weeks workouts. I can make them work. I just hope if I ever order from picsil again, I get a better experience.

*** Dropping to 1 star. The grips are decent but their customer service sucks. I attempted to contact them about my order, and was completely blown off.

Bear Komplex vs Falcon grips

I’ve used both Bear Komplex and Falcon grips. Bear Komplex are expensive and not good quality. I’m a bigger Crossfitter at 6’8 250 and the falcon grips are thicker and better quality. Highly recommended.

Good quality and seem like they have a good grip on the bar, just like bear komplex or picsil Rx grips. What I didn't like was it's thickness and the fact that they were too stiff... Hard to shape them (because I like to fold them when gripping the bar).
I ended up returning them and getting the Rx version from picsil too... I thought those were the best.
