Maintenance Guide

Don't wrap the electrical cord around the dryer. This can cause the cable to kink and eventually break causing the dryer to become a safety hazard.
A blocked filter on your dryer can cause the dryer to overheat, nozzles to melt and reduce the life of your dryer. Clean the filter daily to avoid any potential damage. Should the dryer contain the HFS (Hair Free System) behind the filter, this should be removed regularly and any hair removed.
If your dryer rattles when you shake it this generally means the motor mounts have been broken as a result of the dryer being dropped.

I love this product! I purchased it to replace my old Parlux that died after 7 years of use (seriously longevity). I was using a cheap Kmart hairdryer in between purchases so when this bad boy arrived, blow drying my hair felt like a dream, and took half the time! 5 stars!

L’ho preso per sostituire il mio vecchio Parlux, e ha soddisfatto in pieno le miei aspettative. Ho anche contattato il servizio clienti per assicurarmi che fosse originale, visto alcuni commenti che ho letto. Sono stati molto cortesi, ho inviato foto e codice e hanno confermato che il prodotto originale. Mi hanno spiegato che il mio ha la presa europea perché è un articolo prodotto per essere commercializzato in Europa. Quelli prodotti per la commercializzazione solo italiana hanno presa italiana, ma non c’entra nulla con il fatto che sia originale o meno, come alcuni asseriscono nei loro commenti.

L’ho comprato a un prezzo di poco inferiore a quello di mercato e mi sono ritrovata un tarocco. Ha la presa shuco ( i parlux sono italiani hanno solo la presa italiana ) me lo ha confermato il rivenditore da cui si rifornisce la mia parrucchiera.

A distanza di circa 15 mesi, il phon, acquistato ad un prezzo scontato ma non tale da destare “dubbi”, ha cominciato prima ad evidenziare una vite incandescente, quindi un calo di potenza, infine il cedimento di una resistenza, con la conseguente scarsa capacità di asciugatura.
Fatta richiesta di assistenza a Lunyishiye, nonostante seguenti solleciti anche da parte di Amazon, non abbiamo ottenuto risposta, di alcun genere.
Su suggerimento di Amazon, abbiamo contattato direttamente il produttore, cui abbiamo inviato il phon.
Lo stesso non ha potuto che constatare e confermare per iscritto trattasi di “prodotto fasullo”, quindi trattenuto ed avviato alla distruzione.

Per cortesia, non chiamiamo certe cose semplicemente “fake”, bensì esattamente per quello che sono: CONTRAFFAZIONE.
Con tutto ciò che ne consegue, a 360 gradi.

Non abbiamo alcun elemento per affermare se Lunyishiye venda prodotti non originali o se sia stato un caso isolato: certamente è la nostra esperienza, verificata e confermata.

Ciò che sconcerta è l'atteggiamento di Amazon: pur specificando doviziosamente che quanto acquistato sul marketplace esuli dalla propria responsabilità, m'interrogo come possa, un'Azienda di ormai tale calibro, sopportare su una pagina che riporti il proprio nome la vendita di prodotti contraffatti - o, almeno, "certificatamene contraffatti" come in questo caso.
Lo trovo sconveniente, perché se da una parte è tutelata la libertà di scelta del consumatore, dall'altra è "tollerata statisticamente" anche la sua delusione, ovvero è lasciata alle leggi dei grandi numeri la possibile insoddisfazione in caso di acquisto "deludente": comunque, "Amazon non è parte del contratto di vendita per gli articoli venduti da venditori terzi sul Marketplace di Amazon.it".

I have had to return this item as it arrived with a European two pin plug. You can buy this hairdryer with a UK plug direct from Parlux which is what I will be doing after returning this item.
