The compression sock helps to relieve the pain!

It certainly helps relieve the pain in my ankle. It is not easy to put on ( I have advanced arthritis in my hands) but the firmness is obviously necessary for the ‘sock’ to be effective. I am pleased I have bought this item. Thank you.

Pathetically Poor Quality

Seemed to work well but I've only worn them 5 or 6 times and one of the heels is already completely worn through. Maybe I got a dodgy pair but I couldn't possibly recommend them.

Honestly so impressed with these. I suffer from plantar fasciitis and these socks have helped. I bought one for me and my mum and wear them before I go to bed as it helps when my feet hurt or cramp during the night. My feet feel better the next day. Happy to have invested in these. My only recommendation would be to go a size smaller for more ‘compression’ effect.

If you are here looking at these support socks, then chances are you are like me and are at your wit's end trying to figure out how to get some relief. In the last year, I've been walking several miles a day (between 5-7 mi) and, unfortunately, developed a pretty severe case of Plantar Fasciitis. Upon waking up in the morning, or sitting for long periods of time, I found myself hobbling around for several minutes before I could walk with any normalcy. After wearing these just once, virtually all the pain and discomfort disappeared. I can't speak to the durability of the product as I haven't had them for very long, but I can tell you that they do exactly what they are supposed to--alleviate the pain of Plantar Fasciitis. No dragging some cumbersome boot or ridiculous contraption into bed at night! Also, I appreciate that these support socks don't feel like they are cutting off my circulation-- which has been an issue for me with other products. Plus, the hot pink is great. Very glad I made this purchase and I intend to buy some more.
