I bought these bands and had a local tailor cut off the top of my cargo pants (work uniform) to the pocket line, and sew the bands onto the top of the pants. I've been using them all the way through the 3rd trimester and they've worked great. I don't think my pants would've stayed up had I bought them in 2nd trimester though, haha.
The pants extenders are cool, but walking around with my pants unzipped is never very comfortable. You'd need a seriously long shirt to hide that 100% of the time.

Currently my belly at its fullest is 42 inches. I normally wear a size 10 so I ordered size 2. It fit great now but wouldn’t have lasted me more than a couple more than a month or two. So I started a return and ordered size 3. It’s the same height but an inch wider than size 2. There’s a noticeable difference in tightness. Hopefully it’ll last me the rest of my pregnancy.
