This may be a very useful book. However, I am not able to read Chinese. Fortunately, I have the book in English on my kindle.

It gives a brief introduction on how human/animal habit is created from evolution. This really help me to understand how we behave nowadays. It shows several experiments and examples of how we fell into some habits
