From one end of the clip to the other end of the clip mine measures 16”, so the actual wood ring ladder part is about 7.5” - not accurate in description. I paid $10.99 cdn plus tax, and bought for my adult bearded dragon which would have been great if the description was accurate. It will do, I’ll make it work for my hermit crabs instead, but would have preferred what I thought I was buying.
This is the perfect bridge and chew toy for my rats. They love knawing on it and why I havent seen them go across it there is evidence that they have chew in the middle, so they must only do it at night! Love that it's all natural materials. Perfect shipping too, couldn't ask for better service.
Bought it for my hamster and was pleased when it arrive exactly as I hoped it would be. Easy to secure to the cage walls and looks natural in his cage. It’s not too sturdy, it does tip from side to side but that’s exactly what I was hoping for. My hamster loves the challenge lol.
Well made, natural product. My cockatiels love it. I'm sure they will chew through the string before too long, but that's part of the fun for them. Update: Yup, they chewed the strings off in a couple weeks. Too bad, they loved it.
My bird loves his rope and is a perfect agility and balancing tool. Due to the rope does rock and sway if he doesnt stand on it correctly but has now learned to use it and injoys the easy access from his bed to his food dish.
Smaller than expected (not as wide as I had imagined), probably around 1.5" wide. Cockatiel bit through three steps in three days so there's a big gaping hole in the middle now, but they seem to enjoy biting it.
