    - Mine came with 24V PSU, better than expected! +1 star!

    - Items were loosely packed in the box. Not much in there that would be damaged, and nothing was in fact damaged, but not cool. -1/4 star.

    - Mine came with a 2' power supply cord. What? -1/2 star.

    - The PSU uses an IEC C6/C6 "clover leaf" plug style, not commonly found in North America. In my huge box of adapters and cords, I had twelve C14 cords, but only one C5 cord. -1/2 star.

    The iron itself is very good, especially with the 24V supply. Very happy so far.

    Verdict: 4-3/4 stars.
