To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyses reviews to verify trustworthiness.
The photo used to advertise this product on Amazon.com.au does not represent the product that was supplied. The photo used depicts tissue 'boxes' - however the product supplied by this vendor was merely miniature packs of tissues (purse-sized). Secondly, the quality of the tissues' plastic packaging was poor - the plastic packaging was not sealed but open on several items on arrival. What is with the false advertising and shoddy customer xperience?
