After being in lockdown someone suggested looking at Amazon to get the books that I wanted so I was able to fill my own Christmas stocking and Birthday Present wish list with getting every Rick Stein book I ever wanted but missed out on!
One positive thing to come out of our constant lockdowns and many wonderful recipes to cook!

I've already tried many of the recipes myself and found them easy to do. I can also attest to their authenticity as I've lived in France off and on for 20 years myself.
The book is divided into sections, like snacks, fish, meat, desserts, etc. Read through each recipe thoroughly so you understand what is going on.
I gave the book only four stars because I found the type size difficult to follow especially while cooking the dish at the same time. A larger font, and printing into the empty white space to the left of the text would have been a big improvement.
If you're a fan of Rick Stein, or French food, this is the book for you. Magnifique!
