The product was faulty. It would power up and stay on line for 3 - 5 minutes before powering down again. It seemed that it was trying to update itself which caused it to malfunction. We even went to the expense of getting it professionally fitted and installed. Nothing worked - we went through all the trouble shooting advice - reinstalled heavier duty power cables - the works. After three days of trying to battle the system, I gave up and returned the product. Very disappointing. And I didn't even get a full refund. Not a happy client at this point, and it was especially disappointing because all the other Alexa-enabled products we have bought have been fantastic.
