We don't know when or if this item will be back in stock.
- Multiple Modes: Carpet, Quiet, Mopping, Balanced, Turbo and Max modes give you the flexibility you need, from quiet night time cleaning to heavy dirt removal.
- Thorough Cleaning: 1800Pa of intense suction picks up dust, crumbs, and other dirt. A super-sized dustbin needs to be emptied only occasionally.
- Vacuum and mop: Choose to just vacuum, or vacuum and mop your home at the same time for a complete clean. Water is sucked naturally into the mop as it cleans, eliminating puddling.
- Obstacle Crossing: Able to clamber up over obstacles as high as 0.8in, E20 easily handles thresholds, thin carpets, and other low barriers.
- Automatic Recharging and Resumption: The charging dock fires an infrared beam that allows E20 to automatically return for recharging. If cleaning was not completed before recharge, it will resume from where it left off.

All in all I am very happy with the machine.
I do not understand why the Mi app wants ALL the permissions turned on to function properly (Eg. Camera). But apart from that it works well.
If you've been looking for a robot vacuum but won't spend the sort of money the high end machines are asking, you will be pleased with this bot.
The built in gyroscopes helps to allow the vacuum to move in lines parallel to each other just like the LIDAR/camera based navigation vacuums do rather than randomly bounce off the wall like a pinball, which is how other "dumb" vacuum robots operate.
Where the navigation falls short though are around table and chair legs. The E20 will run into chair and table legs at full speed, and also gets stuck under chairs because it can't find it's way out once it's between all for legs. So I tend to put the chairs out of the way.
I have my E20 tucked away in the corner and it will find it's way back after it's finished it's clean, but if you press the return home button during it's clean then it seems to have a really hard time finding it's charging base again, probably because there are too many objects blocking the navigating IR laser between the charging station and the robot.
Using the Xiaomi Home app is nice, and can access the robot's information and control it anywhere in the world with internet access. The robot will actually build a map of the room it has cleaned so you can check the progress on the app. You can't however, draw no go zones on these maps like the higher end versions. You can also set cleaning schedules, do firmware updates via the app.
Overall it's great for the price, the E20 punches above it's weight with some of it's features, and the lack of some features would be because it doesn't have the same hardware that is found in the higher end vacuums.
It slows down around furniture and walls, sends me notifications and although it not silent it’s also not overly loud. No louder than a standard vacuum. But makes it back to its dock with no issues.
Saves me so much time from having to vacuum every day like I was before. I would highly recommend this product in fact, I have already to two friends.
I recommend buying 2-3 extra dust filters, too.
Not easy to connect to Internet if your router has built in security. The cloud database is in a foreign country . Traffic blocked. Not using app. Scheduled clean would not work because my husky is a fur machine (see above).
Without internet - start, pause, and return to power station intuitive and easy to use.
Set up was quick and easy. It was done using the Mijia app on iOS. Charging from empty to full took about 2 hours.
The cleaning was excellent, and the robot did not get stuck and navigated around the house well. It also picked up a lot of dust and hair despite the house just being vacuumed a few days ago.
If you have a small apartment or house with a simple layout, this product works well and it’s a good value proposition.
