I liked the bag, its size and pockets. But at the end of 2-week trip, the handle came apart and then it jammed. I had to carry the bag. Not useful.

This bag literally fell apart, handles broke off, bottom wore hole through. I carried this bad on as a wheel bag-lasted one leg of international flight - had to leave it for trash at location and bought another bag for return. I deserve a full refun!!

This duffel does what it is suppose to do- hold clothing and personal items and it can be rolled or carried. The duffel lost a star because it only has zippered pockets on 1 side-could use a larger zippered pocket on the back side of the duffell. Roll your clothes instead of folding them and this duffel will hold more clothing than you might expect. Worth the $$.

Certainly better than schlepping a big duffle bag on my shoulder, but it doesn't stand upright by itself unless you pack it just right. That's not a dealbreaker, though, because of the very reasonable price and overall quality. Fits in airliner overhead bins.

I usually purchase Olympia luggage, but got this as a spare because it was on sale. I used it for the first time on a 3 day trip, packed about 20 pounds so it was not overloaded. the journey was very easy on luggage and one of the wheels already broke. So disappointed in the quality - I totally abuse the Olympia bags I have and it is unbelievable how well they hold up.

I was not impressed with this bag. I used it as a carry on and it has lots of great features but it was poorly made. The stitching started coming apart after one plane ride where it was in my possession and not abused. The only reason I'd even give it two stars is because I really like the design of the bag and I would buy another if the quality was up to snuff.
