The bag itself is nicely built, but there is a fundamental flaw in the design. If you use it as a rolling bag, the side of the bag that touches the ground has no protection, like small feet, for instance, so you are directly resting that side of the bag on the ground. As a result, it got dirty and ripped the first day it was used.

I brought this on a trip to Europe and after traveling through 5 countries will have to throw it away. The bottom drags and slumps on the ground getting wet, dirty, stained. It does not stand up on end and does not stay straight when you pull it. Also definitely does not fit under seat in economy. Very disappointed. Should have opted for sturdier more expensive bag. This was a pain to drag around.

This is the second time I have purchased one of these bags. I loved the first and have owned it for several years. I thought it would be the same experience with the second bag, it wasn't. I used it for a mini 3 day vacation and upon it's first trip out of the house one of the wheels was twisted or somehow came unattached to the bag, all while pulling it through LAX packed full. This bag was carried on and never saw the baggage handlers either. Bummer, wish it would have been a better experience and not a disposable purchase.

They don't make these like they used to, about 6 years ago I purchased a bunch of these as presents for family members, they all have been used a.lot and still going on great, no issuea at all. I just got the 22" one and OMG, it ia like these are now made of cheap material, very flimpsy compare to the old ones. They don't hold the shape at all. Even the velcro part to hold the strips.from both sides is cheapy, the zipper is also crappy compared to the old bags. So sad I don't think these can take a couple of trips. Don't even trust it will make it on a plane trip the way they get handle by the airlines.

This bag has no retractable handle and is difficult to move unless you are short, and can easily reach the strap.It twists as you are trying to move it and requires frequent stops to realign it. Getting it down the aisle in the plane was especially difficult because it could not be pulled or pushed with ease. I will not use this bag again and will donate it in hopes that someone will find some use for it.
