If your cat loses collars easily, this is not for you. However, if they don't have a habit of going 'ninja' by losing their neck gear within a matter of weeks (or days...) then this is an excellent collar. It looks really good and is made of really high-quality fabric. The adjustable quick-release clasp is a good touch as it allows you to alter how easily the collar will snap off, depending on your cat's weight. It can be adjusted to fit adult cats of all sizes without the need to trip or tuck a loose end, but I think it would be too big for a kitten. The reflective coating looks good too, and makes your cat easy to see at dusk and in darkness, if caught in headlights. I've only given it 4 stars as if your cat wants to get out it off, they will - although that's a problem I've found with almost all quick-release collars. I'd buy this again over a cheaper choice as it not only looks better but it has stayed on my cat for longer than any of the cheapy ones I've tried.
Brilliantly reflective collars with unexpectedly pretty designs on with different weight settings for small/medium/large cats in the buckle. First time I've come across this and it's perfect for my teeny light cat and my chonkers too. The collars can be adjusted to suit a skinny neck, all the way up to roid boy. Buying spares.
2/10 for aesthetics. 15/10 for design and use. Still a solid 5 stars overall.
Seem to be the only kitten harness on the market (in terms of width and length from head to body). Perfect fit for my 3 month old. Typical harness may be small enough to fit but they end up being to clumbersome for the kitty to like it. She didn’t even realize when I put it on and did not attempt to take it off.
Good quality and well-made. Would recommend. Our first attempt at a walk was a success
I have a very small adult cat (approx 3kg) and even with the collar on the tightest setting she can work it loose - I think she is doing this by hooking her jaw under the collar which is quite dangerous in case she gets stuck, so have stopped using it. May be better for a larger cat.
Ive had the bigger version of these before for my big cat. Liked the adjustable clasp on those. brought this for my 10 week old kitten, and it fit ok on the smallest setting, still a tiny bit loose unfortunately i had to remove it from him when he got his bottom jaw stuck in it and almost choked to death! fitting issue, not collar issue. The clasp on this is not strength adjustable like the bigger rogz collars. Collar looks well made, and very pretty. Will put it back on him when he gets a little bit bigger.
Having had to replace two previous collars with safety release clasps because they simply fell off our cat whilst out and about, these are a huge improvement. The release threshold can be adjusted for the weight (and activity) of your cat, as required.
They are reflective and bold coloured, which is useful if you have black cats like we do.
