What can I say an complete and utter disappointment. It is definitely not vodka. I am a lightweight and I drank the hole bottle in one sitting and didn't feel drunk or tipsy in the slightest. The flavour isn't horrendous and it's quite smooth. But it's not 38%. I would love a refund as this simply isn't the product I wanted. It is watered down garbage. Will never buy alchol from amazon again. The bottle was completely sealed I drink it neat and mixed. Non of that vodka warmth or flavour you have come to expect.
This will be rejected but delivery was a pain in the ass. ID required for alcohol items delivered today. Used OAP bus pass which is only available in Scotland to over 60s. All other drivers accept as it has a picture and they write down date of birth. I am 62. The delivery person was adamant I produce the purchasers ID details. His passport is out of date so used his bus pass. He was present. Not acceptable either. Told him to take goods away as I had the doctor in at the time and it was causing a scene at the front door. He put me on the phone to someone who said he ID must have a date of birth on it. Not everyone has a passport and I’ve never had problems before. Just what is acceptable proof? If I send alcohol as a gift how can they possibly produce the personal details of the sender as proof of ID. I pointed out to him that his instructions state Date of Birth must be “given” not written in blood on a passport. So to me that’s a verbal acceptance in addition to suitable ID. I don’t think his English was sufficient to comprehend the problem but it left me incensed and even the doctor could not understand what was happening. I told him to take it away and closed the door on him. The next thing I received an email to say that no one was available for delivery. Jesus wept. I was fuming. My partner finally found his driving licence after about 15 minutes and the driver was still in the garden. I had to enter the dob into his machine because he still didn’t know how to read it. The driver was calm although incomprehendible and very polite throughout. After I entered the day and month he took the machine back and entered 1958 instead of 1957. By this time I just didn’t care. He left telling me that he was 15 minutes late with his deliveries. So for the future, just what ID is acceptable(regardless of who or what method of purchase) or do I just go back to Asda?
Incorrect description. The listing states thathis vodka is 40% abv but in fact it is 38% abv. I personally dont mix vodka so it affects the flavour. Real vodka should be not less than 40% abv.

Not 40 % abv as advertised.

It's all a matter of taste, but to me this is the finest reasonably priced Vodka around . Pure with a great flavour . Great straight from the freezer or mixed into cocktails.
