the food as finished without excessive embellishment. A good mix of simple to complex and a great approach overall to this cuisine.
The photos are stunning and the recipes look delicious.
Love how Sabrina makes her recipes simple, and the end result is amazing food.
I'm looking forward to trying out the many lovely recipes in this book.

I think there are longer recipes that maybe work better for dinner parties or weekends but they sound delicious.
Only thing is, the food isn’t very Persian or Persian inspired in my opinion (I am a Persian haha) so if you’re looking for authentic Persian food, this might not be the one.
