The way this tiny bottle sprays means most of the product is wasted. It doesn’t come out in a fine mist as you’d expect so it’s pointless and may as well have a brush. Once applied which I usually end up doing by rubbing it on with my fingers from what’s running down my fingers and around my nail it dries quickly and does prevent staining on my nails from dark nail polishes.
Sally Hansen No More Stains Treatment is a good solution for protecting not only your fingernails but also the surrounding skin. It is especially useful if you do like to wear dark nail polish which is very on-trend at present. I found the actual spray a bit hard to get used to applying as I seemed to waste a lot which I do not like to do. Therefore it did take a bit of practice to press the applicator lightly to provide a light misting which suited my personal preferences. I have been using this product for a few weeks now and I have noticed my nails do look less stained and the surrounding skin is not as dry and even fewer hangnails. This is a good product which works though it does take a constant application to receive the best results.
This for sure makes nail polish stay on longer. I used it for the toes which usually peel up. After one week the polish hasn’t budged at all. The spray makes it so easy to use on toes but you can use it on fingers to. I’m assuming it’s just a dehydrator and not an actual polish because it disappears off the surrounding skin by the time it’s dry.
Cannot return this item is the first complaint. I used this for the first time and it leaves your cuticles and surrounding area sticky. Hard to apply on just the nail. I just hated it. Took it off and then tried to return it and that is NO. Don't order this product.
I think this may just be rubbing alcohol in a spray bottle. It smells worse than any of my other nail polish and it's very hard to control the spray stream so it gets all over my fingers and makes the skin around my nails feel sticky and dry at the same time? No wonder I've never seen it in a store before.
It makes your nails and skin around it all greasy, then application of nail polish after 60 seconds is making a weird combination like oil and water...then it really dried my skin afterwards, weird and wasteful.
