Suitcases just arrived and I promptly unboxed. I am happy with the quality of the suitcases, but both pieces of luggage arrived with damage - staining throughout on the interior fabric and stuff marks on the plastic divider compartments. I'm not pleased and would like to request a resolution from the company.
