Windows recognises the latest monitor a generic PnP monitor with a software drier pointing to 2005!
Multiple conversations and exchanges happened with the Technical Support and asked for escalation to senior teams. Provided all the system information.
But so far, there is no proper response from Samsung.
Does it mean, Samsung shipped a 28 inch TV Panel as a high-end monitor at expensive price?
A colleague bought one as well and is using the PBP (Picture By Picture) to use two PCs at once and is very happy with the results.
Bought it with a new version of Win 10 and the Samsung technician told me it will not work with this version of Windows!
Since it is the latest this is an absurd situation.
Best advice - buy something else if you want the 4K experience.
