Writing this review after using this product for a week, after 3 days I did crave for a real shower. It lathers up pretty quickly with little bit of water (even hard water), a single sheet is able to get the job done for body and hair. After wiping off it does feel like there is some residue, but wetting the towel takes care of that for me, I do one dry wipe, and the one wet wipe with a towel. The fabric works like a loofah, after I am done I can see the color change from blue to dirty. But strands of the fabric do stick to my stubble. It does not take care of BO that well, especially arm pits, but I have had that problem with some brands of mild unscented soaps as well, use deo to take care of that. My intention is to use these wipes when I travel to places were water is not safe, since these sheets are dry I can check them in for air travel and takes up very little space once you squeeze the air out. I could use a little bit of bottled water and take a no rinse shower. If you get muddy and really dirty you might need a real shower, but otherwise works as expected.
I took these to Okeechobee Music Festival. I used one every morning and one every night, and I was so clean. Even with all the sweat, grime, dirt and dust associated with a festival, these still helped me get super clean and I didn't feel disgusting. These are my new go tos for festivals. I used them as instructed and I was great. My partner also used them but instead of wiping the lather away he rinsed off and they worked as well.
these are the best washing wipes I have ever used on my patients. the cloth soft, not irritating to tender skin, and dries well. I have recommended these to all my collegues in home nursing who have patients who can't shower. I will definitely be ordering these again. and I also recommend these for campers who can't always get to the showers. I will be using these for myself. thank you
These are very soapy - so much soap the cloth becomes a slimy glob. It leaves your skin a bit sticky as it dries. I can't imagine not rinsing off after using. So they work ok for a soap-filled, disposable wash cloth of sorts. But doesn't match the intended purpose very well. I'll try a different brand next time.
Bought these for my mom who recently had surgery and she is on able to shower at this time . The best part about it is the very little bit of water you need or is usually an old fashion sponge bath gets the entire room went along with yourself
I ordered this product a second time having loved it the first time. The 2nd order was a knock off of scrubzz labeled magnacare. They’re smaller and thinner and don’t work as well. It’s not what I ordered So disappointed and frustrated that I didn’t receive the same product the second time I ordered it.
As I get older my skin gets drier. As a result, daily showers can do a number on my skin. Scrubzz to the rescue! I use these on days I don’t shower to keep myself clean and feeling fresh. So easy, convenient and non-drying. I also keep a couple tucked in my handbag for any “oops!” incidents when out and about. There are a couple in my car as well. Since I always carry a water bottle, I use that to activate the soap. I wish these had been around 40 years ago when I was schlepping a diaper bag - for those times when diaper wipes just weren’t enough to do the job. I’ve shared these with a number of friends and they love them too. Oh - and there is no scent which is an added bonus.
While these do generate a lot of suds of you add enough water (kind of need a lot) they are not as big as you'd think they are. I can't imagine your average adult being able to use only one of these to adequately clean themselves off even under the circumstances they were designed for.
Don't get me wrong. They are super soft, smell pleasant, and get the job done with some elbow grease. I just assumed they folded out to become bigger than the square they come shaped as. I guess the had to keep them smaller to maintain the softness. I'm not certain. Though I'd sacrifice some of that for more surface area to use to clean. Something along the lines of Assurance Disposable Washcloths.
I would definitely buy these again however I wouldn't rely on them as a primary cleaning source when camping, hiking, festivals, etc. The size and amount of water needed makes them more of a luxury product.
