19 GB is a lot of space, I paid for 2 TB, and that's what I expected, at least close would be good...but 19 bloody GB!?.
Apart from that, it's a very good product.
This all happened within 3 days, I can not recommend this at all.
Unfortunately Seagate make the 1TB drive unaffordable by making it so similar in price to 2TB that you pretty much have to buy the 2TB.
This is the industry standard and I wish someone would produce a 1TB for half the price of 2TB as sometimes you just want a backup drive for a 256GB SSD laptop and 2TB is not required.

What a scam! Build crap discs & sell them for £60 & then charge folk £600 (x 10 times cost) to get your crucial data back. Foolproof business plan. BEWARE!
P.S : A Protection case would be good.

not recognised on either PC or MAC and HDD just spins up, ticks twice then spins down.
Very disappointed as this was bought following good reviews and I was relying on it for continuous backup.
