Well made gate lock. The previous one hadn't been changed in over 15 years. It was rusted and it was a mission trying to get it open. We would usually use a padlock to knock to open it. Thankfully we dont have this problem anymore. It opens and self locks when the door shuts.

Good gate latch, has no spring but is very sturdy.

Works well. It does not have a spring so you have to pull the gate shut and make sure it clicks but the advantage is the spring is usually the first thing to break on latches. Since this one has no spring I’m hoping it will last for years. So far it’s been on for months and works great.
