My opinions on the individual flavors
My top two favorites: the Chick pea chana masala and the Cuban black beans
My least favorite: pinto beans New Mex Chili Lime -- way too much lime flavor - tastes mostly tart, not balanced

Many on-the-go foods sacrifice one of the above attributes, but Chef Soraya does not. The flavor options are particularly unique in contrast to the often bland convenience foods in which I have dabbled in the past. I highly recommend people give these a try.
One suggestion: fill slightly below the instructed fill line. The result is a better consistency.
She's a fan of the Cuban Black Beans & Rice, Chipotle Beans & Rice and the New Mex Chili Lime. We have them for dinner sometimes too, making burritos or tacos, or having the Chana Masala with naan bread. I've never tried it yet, but my girlfriend also likes to add an egg to the chipotle beans and rice and have it for breakfast.
Update: After some adjusting, the best way to make this is filling HALFWAY with water and cooking longer. The prep really depends on your microwave. And this prevents you from getting soup. I like the Cuban Bowl the best out of all the varieties and I have repurchased after learning how to make these. Still a little peeved that it wasn't as easy as I expected but the Cuban Bowl flavor was worth it.
Like others noted, reduce water below what they mark. First off, who the HECK makes the water line a wavy line? That just is silly guys. But it will be soupy if you follow the line. I went below it about .25 in and then added a bit if it was too thick - if that is even possible!
