They're light, look good. Stitching and leather feels strong and durable.
2 wearings have revealed the very cheap finish and poor leather with external loss of die/colouring (see photos).
Shoes came apparently as a wide fitting that annoy and rub up under anklebones.
Inners are of the cheap "fall-out" style.

Update: I returned them. They are extremely uncomfortable without a sock, and hurt my feet, and very tight with one. Size is therefore questionable. Most Sperry's are now made in Malaysia (I read) and are made cheaply and apparently don't last. These same shoes, listed as Original Authentic Sperry's, (and made in Maine) sell for $374 on the Sperry Website. Seriously? I paid $59, quite a difference. A Marina sells these shoes here; $98 and also imported. So, one pays a frightful price for made in the USA or buys something other than Sperry, but Sperry isn't the only company that manufacturers overseas. Dockers, Sebago and others now have these shoes made in Dominican Republic, Malaysia or China and quality is a thing of the past. It's all about money, isn't it.
I did not on my other pairs that the soles are still in decent shape, but unwearable due to the sides ripping. My previous gamefish lasted me about 18 months with weekend and after work wear.
