After waiting a month for this product to arrive, it is:
A - In Fahrenheit (admittedly that is mentioned in the description and can allegedly be changed.).
B - Fitted with what looks to be a Chinese plug, so is unusable out of the box.
C - A pain to use thanks to the 'swivel' bottom that hardly moves at all.
I don't mind dealing with a few shortcomings with these 'cheap' (I think I saved a whopping $13AUD by purchasing this rather than going to the local Shaver Shop and buying one from a reputable brand) products, but to send it without an Australian plug or even a warning that I will need to source one is a joke. Worst part is, I don't even know if it is worth returning it, as presumably, I will be stung with return shipping to China.
All in all, give it a miss. You can go go buy a Wahl unit actually designed for beards for $50 and skip the month-long wait for it down at your local.

You just hold the power button for 3 seconds and then use the up and down buttons to set your temp. It heats up really fast and I just use it like a comb through my beard and hair. It leaves it so soft and smooth.
I was sceptical about these because I was afraid I would burn my self. But it is almost impossible to burn yourself because the insulating tips on the comb bristles protect you.
This is way easier than a straightening iron.
