Product was not suitable for Australian market. The power cord is a two point pint and you will need a converter to use it. There was no mention of this on the product page as well however, it works as expected.
The plastic cover on the heating surface was not adequately rigid to pass through my beard, or my hair, without popping out of place and falling off. Even without the plastic the heating surface did not heat up enough to affect any change to my hair. Were it not for the hassle of finding adequate packaging I would have returned it.
