I used it today as soon as it arrived,, as a toast browning variable setting from 1-6,, i took a guess at setting it in exact middle setting of number 3,, All four slices of toast came out at perfect full browning without any sections being more over cooked than any other areas,, This is the first time in my entire life that i have finally found a bread toaster that browns every slice perfectly even on both sides,, has 4 non slip cushions underneath that holds the toaster firmly to the bench top,, it has perfect cooking time to cook the bread right through (not just brown on the outside),, Highly recommend this toaster as true quality at a very good price.
The toaster looks good and is a lot faster than the sixteen-year-old toaster that it replaced. BUT. Surely you can design a toaster that toasts both sides evenly. This is not rocket science. See photos.
