I ordered my albums from Amazon USA via the UK website - this version came with all the photocards and ID card! I am unsure whether some European copies don't include the extras in them due to the album charting rules so be careful when ordering if you do want the additional items!
Other than that I ordered the albums with the more expensive shipping and they arrived within 2 days from the US. Only slight corner damage but they may have already been like that before postage.

One thing to note is the album does not come bubblewrapped... so you may have dents on your box! Other than that I'm very happy with this album and the US inclusions :)
