Absolute garbage. They specifically state the version of Kindle that is supported, even add a picture to check and it doesn't fit. The disappointment doesn't end there! The magnet doesn't hold the cover closed. My Kindle popped out over night. It does come in a variety of lovely colours so if you just want an empty case, this may be fore you.

I chose the playful red library book case it does the job!
reading the kindle with the case on, is not so nice as the front case does not fold back against the back case .This would be nice. the case fits very tightly to the new kindle and leave easy access to the plug charge socket and on off switch
neither does the case function as any kind of a stand, so if its a quick read and it may be possible to drop then I leave the case on and always for travel.
then when i settle for a decent read i like to remove the kindle device and to enjoy its tactile rubbery feel and lightness. Nice and easy to remove with pressure from the middle of the backcase, then the kindle pops out.

Fit and finish are great. Lightweight and protects the screen and all four corners. The material is fine (it is obviously not real leather, but they don't claim that it is). The colour is fine. I got the Green and it's a light, almost sea-foam rather than a "green".
If I had one complaint it would be that when the cover is folded all the way open, the is bottom edge is of the cover is stiff and slightly digs into my my index finger as I rest the kindle on it. Not a big deal You may hold your Kindle differently) and it may soften-up over time. Over-all: VERY satisfied for the price.

First off, it said it was going to take 11 days to arrive and it took 3 😍 very happy about that.

The print looks a little fuzzy but I think that's because of the texture on the outside.
It has a nice feel to it.

The case fits beautifully and it wakes the Kindle when opened.

I'm glad it doesn't have a strap or anything on the inside of the cover because my partners does and it leaves a permanent "clean spot" right in the middle of the screen which I found distracting, but this case doesn't have that issue which I really like.
