very convenient and my child loves the theme

I love it, my child loves it, it keeps his water cool at his school, we are in Australia and this is important. I lost the previous one, that is why purchased this one. I have tried so many drinking bottles and this one is the best. It is not fragile, the spout part is made perfectly for drinking comparing to others from supermarkets, and it keeps the temperature well. Probably would be interested in a larger volume with star wars theme, not an adult yet, but still for a kid. :)

Mold in cracks in lid

These seem great like contigo, but after less than 4 months of use, I noticed little black spots on the lid rims. I tried scrubbing them with straw brush bristles, tooth brush, harder brushed and pads, they don't come off. I can run my finger nail over them and feel micro slits. The plastic gets small cracks and then mold comes and you can't even scrape it out beccause it's so small. Super disappointed. I bought 3 and have to throw them all out. Junk!

Can't Trust Thermos

Contacted Thermos many months ago and they will not follow up with warranty claims. Many of these cups the straws go bad very quickly and splice along with the cup leaking. They just don't care about customer service nor their warranty claims.

Super upset that we were waiting on this as my daughter loved it. Not sure what I am supposed to do with this. But extremely upset. I really dislike the whole having to ship things back for a refund but I’m not taking a $20 loss. It’s ridiculous. Literally looks like mold was building up and they just cleaned it good! Insane.

Disappointed- bought in June/2020 and my 3 year old son was drinking from it today and the straw split and he almost choked on the piece . I was luckily standing beside him when it happened and removed from his mouth right away. Very disappointed in the quality especially for the price!!!

Just gave this to my son on first day of kindergarten. He complained about the smell / taste. Low and behold the soft rubber dome at the top where the straw is that goes into mouth smells horribly. Tried leaving it in cleaning solution over night, smell is still there. Cannot believe that Thermos doesn't have better quality control.

My kids use these for school but this one leaks after just a couple weeks of use. I'm unsure if it's leaked since we got it because assumed it worked and didn't check it. Water pours out of the little hole over the straw if it's turned upside down regardless of how I've tried to adjust the straw section. Very disappointed.

Not sure if this is Thermos’s fault or not, but boy is this someone’s fault. Just received this today for my one year old son and it would seem it’s already been used. With a sticker over the bottom covering someone’s name, a chewed straw and severely damaged sides and lid. If I could give this negative 10 stars I would.
