Good for podcasts, terrible for music.

They're a decent set of ear buds for the price. They connect quickly, they fit easily back into the case, battery life is as expected (around 4.5 hours), they charge slowly, they fit pretty well in the ears and don't feel like they will
fall out.

The sound quality is not great though. Don't believe all these reviews saying how incredible they sound. Look... for the price they do sound decent, but if you are primarily going to be listening to music then your ears are going to fatigue very quickly. They have muddy bass that booms, the mids are ok, the highs are very harsh and echo as well as distorting sibilants (example: hi-hats should sound like TCK, instead they sound like TCHHK.

I bought these primarily for listening to podcasts while I was walking the dogs, and for falling asleep. Listening to spoken word is great but I strongly recommend you pay more for a better quality pair if you intend to listen to music primarily.

I thought most of the reviews were paid, but after hearing them, a small part of me thinks perhaps many of them are actually honest buys. I'm a musician, audiophile, and audio engineer so I believe I can comment with some certainty about the sound quality. I bought one because it wasn't too bad a price to try IPX8, and yes they work in the shower, and stay snugly in my ears for 1 hour runs, but I this is very personal.

Since most people are fixated on sound: I ABd this with another 2 sets of popular Chinese made wireless earbuds which would be an average 4 or 5/10, and the sound quality of these is a solid 7/10. Indeed it doesn't sound as transparent and detailed as my $650 Audio Technica IEMs which I would put at 9/10 for work, or my Focal main monitors at a reference 10/10. But you can actually hear reverb trails and get a sense of the recording space in some finicky recordings, bass can be heard but not 'felt', which is a good sign of a balanced frequency response, high frequencies are present and only occasionally overwhelmingly bright, and there isn't much 'veil' over the sound associated with cheaper earphones. Not exactly criteria to judge professional equipment by, but for the average user they are excellent. Isolation is good - it blocks ~50% of outside sound comfortably (also helped by the heft and density of the earbud housing), to get better you'd have to get noise cancelling.

Don't buy the bull about driver size and fancy specs, a well tuned or quality driver means more. Clearly cheaper, quality drivers are becoming more ubiquitous and this is no exception. It works for a large variety of styles, including classical for which rendering realism is difficult. Pairs well and without issues, comes with 6 eartip sizes, and the case (as many mentioned) feels very hefty and has a satisfying click to close. I believe it has a low battery mode and the sound quality gets bumped down as a result (or sometimes from bad pairing) but this is the exception and can be easily reset. Professionals buy with their ears, not specs - so this one gets a solid tick for the price.

Received this item within two days, shipping with Prime. I have played a range of music and the sound is crisp, yet powerful (I use it at about 25% of total volume). Listening to my Spotify playlists, this is a positive experience. Have had to return other brand earbuds due to them being too large and/or falling out etc. I like the % display on the charging base which gives you a good indication of how long of a charge you have left. I like the USB C charging option so I don't have to fiddle with plugging in the wire. The pods are magnetic, so help slotting 'itself' into the base. These T12's are quite pleasant to use. I also have the Tozo T6, which are also a great set of earbuds. Will recommend without hesitation.

A cheap alternative

You do get what you paid for and it does not mean it is going to be negative experience. The bass is definitely not impactful as what many claimed on their feedback. However to overcome this, I used bass booster app to enhance the effect. Sound is acceptable for the price but definitely can't be compared to other popular brands with earbuds above $150-$200. It is also not worse than those in the $30 region. The pairing with my mobile was simple and everything just works on the first go. Battery life was reasonable. I could get straight 4-5 hours of usage and there are still some battery life left before I put it back into the case for charging. Comfort wise, there are quite a number of ear plug sizes to choose from in the box. The default one fits my ears quite nicely but it goes for any earbuds, if you have them on for too long, your ears will hurt eventually. End of the day, I am happy with this purchase as I use them for work and it is very discreet and not as intrusive/awkward as headphones or earphones.

Deep bass and 2 separate streams simultaneously

This is my first unwired separate earpiece device that I have purchased. I use around the house and in car where I find them extremely useful. I listen to downloaded music, radio and streaming music. The audio is excellent, I find the bass deep and really unbelievable from such a small device. The pairing is fast and I use left and or right separately and on different devices simultaneously. This was the main reason for purchase.

The six ear sleeves are good and blocks out external noises, but I find the earbuds heavy and sometimes fall out, maybe my ears and sensitivity stops me from jamming them in although I have found this possible although I prefer not to.

The instruction booklet is excellent as are the earbuds and I would purchase them again, although if I could find dual connecting earbuds with noise cancelling at a similar price point I would seek them out at a future time.

I'm no audiophile, but these sound amazing. I'm hearing things in songs that I've never heard before. They are heavy on the bass, but that suits me. I was worried about the size, but I find them comfortable. The case is a bit too tall to be comfortable in a pocket, and I'm still getting used to the timing for a double tap so it registers it as next track and not pause.

After more than a week of testing I’m satisfied with this product and here is why!
Upgrading from a previous Tozo model I welcome the introduction of usb-c charging and more importantly the wireless charging, as I can use my phone wireless power share option now to charge them.
One good feature is that they work independently from each other witch mean you can use only one headphone and the other one can sit in the box
Touch control is great with pause, next, previous, volume up and down answer and hold and voice assistant
Sounds quality and connectivity are excellent.
As you can see from attached pictures they come with a range of buds for every size, packaging is premium with instruction for touch controls and usb-c cable.
More then satisfied with them.

Fantastic Value Earbuds

I have quite a few headphones. Some wired in ear ones, Bose QC25 and Sony WH-1000XM2. My favourite are the Sony ones by a mile, but it wouldn't be fair to compare those with these Tozo ones due to type and price. I've bought a few items from Tozo now and I'm really impressed with the quality they provide. I'd put them in the same category to Anker. I've used these NC9's for almost a month now and I'm very impressed. The sound is great for in-ears with superb range. It comes with various sized buds, so my girlfriend with smaller ear canals can use them too. My favourite feature is how I can chuck them on my charging pad in their case a feel the vibration and they start charging. The battery life is very good and the buds charge inside the case. The functions are easy to use with touch control on the bud itself. I've used these for music, but also for calls. The person on the other end had no problem hearing me, so the microphone works brilliantly. I have not tried a premium alternative to these, but I'd be surprised if there was much in it. I would not hesitate to recommend these. Well done Tozo for providing great quality at exceptional prices!

Received these headphones a few weeks ago and can't believe how good they are for the price. I've recently purchased the new Airpod pros but wanted something I could swim with too so got these and simply can't believe how good they are. The sound quality on par, if not better than the AirPods, great dynamic range, highs and mids decent but I'd sound slightly bassier than the pros - suits my personal preference. Also like how you can control the volume using opposing stems very smart. Only thing I'd say is that I've worn them in the summer a few times now and the touch pads must he heat-sensitive as sometimes if the hot water runs on to them, it activities the touchpad/changes volume etc - not a huge issue. All in all brilliant, wireless headphone and wireless charging.

I have the T6 model which I love but have given them to my daughter. This is the upgraded model which are fantastic. The earbuds are comfortable and come with a wide range of different fittings. They can alter volume,forward, reverse accept and cut calls. The case is small and charges wirelessly but also holds the charge so you can charge the earbuds on the go. There's even a digital display of how much charge is in each bud. Really delighted with the T12. And such a good price too.

I have tried wireless earbud style 'phones before, and never really been convinced by either the fit (too loose) nor the sound quality. However, the TOZO T12 are very different - the design is bold and does not try to emulate the famous Apple items. They are rather heavy, but this gives a reassuring fit, and no fear of not noticing if one were to fall out - which they don't!

The sound quality is fantastic - partially because they shut out a lot of external noise (even my kids!), and then because the sound is of a high fidelity, with good bass levels. I am not a Hi-Fi expert, however I have been disappointed by in-ear buds before - not this time. The buds get more comfortable with every wear, and there are a variety of spare ear rubbers included in the box. And what a box! The packaging has been upgraded a lot, and this is where the product does feel reminiscent of Apple or Amazon - minimal packaging, very high quality, with very clear quick start instructions, and all required accessories, in a compact durable box.

Finally, the chargin case has a nice heavy feel, a charge guage which automatically illuminates when the buds are present, and again has a heavy feel of high quality. I will update the review when I have had chance to see how the case recharges the buds, but first impressions are very good indeed.
