Really great quality, as the thermos brand is. This design is nowhere near me in stores. It’s great that you can purchase replacement straws for when they inevitably break. So easy to clean and my son loves it.

Stop apologizing for this over-priced under-featured bottle

This review is for people planning on putting this in their kids backpacks and sending them to school with it.

First off, you won’t find it mentioned here, but once you receive the bottle one of the first things you’ll note is that it’s not recommended for hot drinks. It just keeps water colder, longer.

So the whole insulated part is pointless. It’s just makes it heavier and smaller.

Which brings me to my next point, this bottle is heavy and very small. You’ll be disappointed with the amount of liquid it holds and your kids will finish it daily.

It leaks. Ok? No more excuses, no tips or tricks on “how to get it to stop leaking”, it. Leaks. I have two, they both leak. They are fundamentally flawed in their design. The air hole for the straw leaks. It always leaks. They are a constant source of frustration. We have to ensure and stress that they always stay upright, or try to triple check and test that the lid knob thing lines up perfect with the straw hole. It’s ridiculous.

So let’s recap, no hot drinks, heavy, small, leaks.....what else was there?

Oh right!

Crazy overpriced!

Stop apologizing for this water bottle, it’s awful.

Do not waste your money! Purchased for my school aged child as their water bottle. It leaks every single time. If it is turned upside down the entire contents pour out and soak everything in her backpack. The seal does not stay in place and the straw spout falls out constantly. Totally useless garbage product. I normally love our Thermos brand containers, but this one was a huge disappointment.

Vaza no "pescoço", onde se rosqueia a tampa. Não serve para colocar na lancheira. Só não vou devolver porque minha filha se apegou.

Antes que digam que está mal encaixada ou qualquer outra coisa, não acreditem. Tenho copos térmicos de outras marcas que não vazam. Foi a primeira de inox que vazou. Não vale o preço.

Vem com adesivo dizendo: "NOT FOR HOT LIQUIDS". Ou seja, nada de líquidos quentes.

It's a great, durable container. But it has a big flaw if you're user it for a toddler.... water will pour out when held upside down. It's leakproof when the lid is closed, but my 2 year old has held it upside down a few times because apparently it's cool to watch water come flooding out and soak everything in sight.

Straw leaks, seal broken in 1 month of use, not worth money.

Started leaking after only 1 use- very disappointed.

Leak comes from the straw when the lid is shut, allows a small flow of liquid into the lid (which also doesn't completely close because of the straw). The thermos barely moves in my purse during my commute but has liquid leaking by the time I get to work.

It does keep liquids cold though and is very cute.

In order to be able to use it I need to plastic wrap the straw every time I fill it. Not worth the money in my opinion.

1 month update: seal broken despite following all care instructions and now thermos is useles and leaks large amounts of liquid.

This product sucks. I have 2 that are 9 months and one only 4 months and the lids have micro cracks willed with mold that cannot be scraped out because the cracks are so fine. Thermos won't reimburse me they said replace the item. Amazon didn't refund because it is over 2 months. This product should easily last a year or more. Junk!

Can't Trust Thermos

Contacted Thermos many months ago and they will not follow up with warranty claims. Many of these cups the straws go bad very quickly and splice along with the cup leaking. They just don't care about customer service nor their warranty claims.
