This book is really quite amazing. Succinct and to the point. Almost as if it was targeting my own broken heart. We all go through this at some point; this book is the tonic I needed to move through. I read this book after going through an unexpected and heart wrenching break up. It made me cry at the pure accuracy of some of the scenarios that were given, particularly "Read this if no one text you Good Morning" and made me smile at the way love, emotions and an appreciation of what we had were still given permission to still exist without shame or thinking you were being weak for not getting on with your life and that you were better off without that person in it. It has really helped me to see and feel things differently, that it's ok to be feeling the way that I do and that there is hope for the future. This is a book that I know I will pick up again and again when I have a "wobble" it's beautifully written in short sections which don 't overwhelm the content and give you the opportunity to digest the words and their meaning fully. Thank you Heidi you have set me on a positive path looking at the road ahead and not through the rear view mirror!

I cried and cried and cried... I'm going through a break up and this book could not be more accurate. There is a combination of methods to move forward and also some chapters are stories and almost like her talking to her ex as well. I highly recommend if you are going through a break up or having a hard time to let someone go. You will cry but it will help.

The start of this was ok to read but i gave up reading by chapter 5 due to the spelling mistakes which was rather annoying. I have read a lot of books and never seen one with so many spelling mistakes. Not worth the money.
