The shoes are good looking enough to wear with Khakis and a dress shirt. The leather does scuff easily, maybe some boot oil will help. I found the insole wasn't quite supportive enough, but I generally tend to use custom insoles anyway, so that fixed that issue. The biggest complaint I have is that the shoelaces are too slippery and loosen over time despite trying to tie them as tight as possible. Perhaps that will fix itself with some use. Overall I am pleased.
I like this shoe ...I've bought em 4 times in 6 yrs... best for a commercial environment or maintenance.... If working industrial the toe will skid easily when working on grates or nonskid... otherwise great shoe.
One of the best boots I’ve ever bought. Extremely durable and comfortable. Great arch support. A little more work boot and less dress boot than expected. If you are looking for a durable, comfortable and sharp looking work boot - this one is it.
I have purchased these boots twice now and they are comfortable for about a year. After a year you can get another 9 months out of them by putting new insoles in them, after that its time to replace them. Bottom line for work boots that get worn from plant floors to conference rooms to airlines they work well.
I sometimes buy a wide width boot and it works well for me, but not this time. Some shoes I need a W width and some I need a D. These would be great for someone who has a really wide foot. I'm sending them back for a regular width.
I've bought these same work shoes 4 times in the last 6 years. Each pair lasts me about 18 months with 50-hour per week usage. The safety toe is comfortable and lightweight. The leather is rugged and durable. The mesh lining inside is soft and breathable.
