«The Truth will set you free, but first it will piss you off.»
I strongly suggest, before start reading this book, you look up on the Internet the following:
"The Marilyn Monroe CIA Memo". It is an intelligence summary report of wiretaps on the Marilyn's phones, dated 3 August, 1962 — two days before her assassination — and is basically the death sentence of poor Marilyn Monroe.
Why? Because this fact is the only truth, which is missing from the wonderful book, written by Jim Garrison. Apart from it, everything is included in the Garrison's exposé:
â–¶ The negative Nitrate test of Oswald;
â–¶ The missing brain of Kennedy - half of it vaporised by special mercury-tipped bullet;
â–¶ The Admiral without medical background, who stopped the autopsy;
â–¶ Etc. Etc. Etc.
If you ever wondered why the Military-Industrial Complex is in power since November, 1963, and no democratic elections can change this - this book will give you a big piece of the answer.

A gripping and well written narrative

Superb narrative of Jim Garrison’s case against Clay Shaw, the only legal case that has ever been brought against an alleged conspirator in the JFK assassination.
Clearly JG was barking up the right tree, based on the amount of resistance and active non-cooperation received from government agencies in the course of his investigations.

A Classic

First read this back in 1992 when JFK first came out, but unfortunately lost my original copy. Glad to see it is still in print as it is a brilliant book. Just a shame there were not a few more brave men like Jim Garrison, then we might know who exactly shot JFK.
