This book is a godsend, easy recipes and well set out, this could easily be the only book I use for my day to day family meals. I recommend Vegan Richa’s Everyday Kitchen to everyone! You will not be disappointed. This book deserves a five star rating because it has everything to set up the pantry to prepare delicious meals, sauces and spices and desserts too, yummy cookies and cakes and slices. Richa also explains everything clearly so there’s no confusion about ingredients or preparation. All ingredients are easily obtained too, thank you Richa for this book.

Fantastic Recipes and Fantastic Information on HOW TO MAKE GREAT TASTING FOOD!
Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 17 March 2019Verified Purchase
They say the real art in cooking is in the ‘sauce’. This book demonstrates, if you read it, and then implement the ideas, that anyone can become a master sauce maker.
I love this book. Beautifully printed and styled. Sitting just reading it (and salivating!) is a pleasure to behold. Great recipes too and all straighforward to use.
I can’t recommend this book highly enough. If you aspire to better cooking, put this one on your shelf and you’ll give oodles of pleasure from having it. Thanks to Richa’s Ingenuity, genius, knowledge and commitment. This book deserves the highest of accolades and buying it will never be regretted. 👍

Bought for Son, he can't stop cooking!
Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 12 February 2020Verified Purchase
My son turned vegan so I thought this might be nice. He started cooking dishes from it and can't speak highly enough of it. So much so I'm going to have to buy it. The recipes are straightforward and full of flavour. Who needs meat!

Tasty recipes but over-complicated
Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 14 February 2020Verified Purchase
I've had this book a few weeks now. I've made a few of the recipes and they were very tasty.
However i do feel some of the recipes are over-complicated- e.g. Tiny amounts of unusual ingredients. Plus there were extra steps that you don't need (e.g. pouring from a pan, to a blender, to another pan, when you could just use 1 pan & a hand blender).
