Great cycle beanie

Now that the cold weather is coming on, my head is freezing when I ride to the station in the mornings. This is perfect as it is warm without being bulky, covers my ears without blocking my ability to hear cars and sits well with my hair on a pony tail. It also doesn't leave my hair full of static either. It's also thin enough not only to wear under a bike helmet but also under a woollen beanie on the super cold days.

Good quality, but its too tight and with cycle glass, it actually makes your ears aching after sometime.

not bragging or anything but yes there are no real measurments for this so its kinda one size fits all adults. but this is very tight on my head and i also have ears like dumbo cos the cap doesnt cover my ears like in the picture. That aside though it fits under my helmet perfectly keeps the sun off the bald patch or bald head in my case, and after a great ride my head was sweating so much i can feel the warmth of the cap so in winter it will be brilliant i think.

If i can find a summer type cap i will deffinatly purchase.

This is a great skull cap - fits well on the head, covering the ears, ensuring the head remains warm on colder days. It is fairly thin to allow this to sit under my cycle helmet. I have also used this for extra padding under my kayak helmet.
Having a slightly larger head the Large sized version is a nice snug fit. Only niggle is, as someone who wears glasses when cycling, is that wearing glasses under this cap can be a little uncomfortable.

One reviewer was right, this is not good for people who have a large cranium and it only just covers the ears. The sequence of installation is also important, cap, glasses, snood and then helmet. My ears were cold as I put glasses on first and that created a gap and restricted the fit of the cap. It was much better with the glasses over the top but you need elastic on the glasses to keep them from falling down.

Received this as a Christmas gift, must admit I've not actually worn it yet due to working away from home since.
I did try it on briefly and it did feel extremely tight, I don't appear to have a big head, well certainly not in size anyway.
I can confirm however the item itself I'd made of a very soft fabric & very good quality manufacture. I will come back & make further comments on its wearability at a later date.

I found this a bit small. It does stretch but then it feels very tight. My previous skull cap made by a different manufacturer, also purchased on Amazon at a similar price, was a much better design and fit. Its OK but not outstanding.

I bought this skull cap recently in preparation for next autumn, but used it today (23 March) as it was so chilly. Good quality material, super-thin and covers the ears. I'm a 59cm head and it fits well without tightness under my Kask Mojito 59-62 helmet. I haven't tried any other caps, but it does feel worth the extra money.

Too tight

Bought this for my winter cycling to stop brain freeze but it fails due to the fact it’s too tight. My head measures 56cm and went for the small/medium size which covers up to a claimed 58cm, but not a hope. It gets really uncomfortable and cold after about 30 minutes and causes a headache including leaving tramlines on my scalp. Also got caught in heavy rain and it got really really cold, so bad I had to stop to remove it. I’m now looking to replace this with a fleece lined skull cap.
