Great product only problem is the left side doesn't stay up when I talk but that is most likely the way I set it the instructions are in side the case which I didn't find until after I set it great product.

I purchased this product based on reviews and research that I had undertaken to buy a suitable Mouthguard for myself. I train MMA and I use the Mouthguard for sparring. The instructions on how to mould the mouthguard so it fits your individual mouth are clear and easy to follow. I managed to do mine without any trouble. However I must add that you do have to press the mouthguard to your teeth quite hard whilst kind of sucking as hard as you can. The mouthguard looks good and I can talk quite well whilst wearing mine. As a woman with quite small features I was worried about getting a mouthguard that was too big. However on a couple of reviews that I read this mouthguard was especially recommended to women because of its small size. Although I must add that I also know men that have this and they have no problems either. I spar quite hard and when tested the mouthguard never falls out or out of place and it has protected me well. I recommend this mouthguard and I believe it performs as well as a lot of other higher priced mouthguards. It also comes with a good case that allows it to air out.

Da hier eine Masse an Rezensionen kursiert, die behaupten es wäre die falsche Größe geliefert wurden, fühle ich mich gezwungen dies hier klar zustellen.

++Adult / 11+ steht auf der Packung. Bedeutet für Erwachsene und Kindern ab 11 Jahren. Also nicht täuschen lassen, sondern ausprobieren. Der Mundschutz mag auf den ersten Blick ein wenig klein wirken, nachdem Bite and Boil passt er mir (männlich/1,82m) allerdings hervorragend.++

Also bitte nicht von den Rezensenten täuschen lassen, welche meinen es wäre die falsche Größe geliefert wurden. Anstelle dessen einfach ausprobieren, bevor man mutmaßt er würde nicht passen/wäre zu klein.

Klare Empfehlung.

So... I'll begin with where most people have criticized this item, the size of it. It does look ridiculously small at first and it is odd to think of 11+ as the same as an adult fit but in all honesty the mouth guard works well and fits my male adult teeth very well. It doesn't cover my last molars on either side but then I'm not sure I'll lose those playing rugby and if I did I would probably be more worried about the other damage caused by a blow that bad.

It has molded to mouth extremely well and stays in place with out any fuss. A good price for a gel like mouth guard which is super moldable. I would highly recommend!

Perfection in foamy rubber form

Immense.
Just perfect. Warm for a couple of minutes, brief cool under a cold tap, insert into the mouth, bite down, suck and it fits like a damn glove.
This is by far the best mouth guard I have ever had, and as it is so carefully moulded to me, it is immensely comfortable.
Time will tell how it holds up, but so far so good and I have racked up about 20 hours of wearing it so far.
The white part should go very soft and foamy rubbery. This then hardens off a touch once the mould has been made, and it stays how you moulded it.
It comes looking small, like, junior size, but once hot it 'opens' out and softens, so stick with it until you have at least tried to mould it to you.

I’ve had shock doctor (massively uncomfortable) and Rdx (didn’t stay in place) mouthguards before and this is the best. Comfortable, and fits brilliants, hugs my teeth and gums. It’s a little sort maybe for full pro protection, but great for a tenner
