Il titolo in inglese è molto più giusto e pertinente al tema e ai contenuti. Non è per altro un “manualaccio“ sull'assertività leonina come sembrerebbe, è più fine di così. Certo ha poca negoziazione dentro, piuttosto molta trattativa. Questo è anche giustificato dall'esperienza dell'autore in polizia: ostaggi e affari sono cose diverse, tanto per capirci. Ciò non significa che non contenga delle interessanti intuizioni e fornisca molti stimoli interessanti portando un po' di necessaria psicologia rispetto ai modelli cognitivi e logico sequenziali di Harvard (che hanno fatto il loro tempo).
