Ich habe 4 Messer verglichen und dabei hat mir das Wüsthof Messer am besten gefallen. Es war zwar auch am schärfsten, aber es ist eine absolut subjektive Einschätzung.
Ein solches Messer sollte man in der Hand haben. Erst dann kann man entscheiden, was am besten passt. Die Unterschiede sind größer als ich erwartet habe.

Das beste Kochmesser, das ich bisher hatte. Wenn auch das Teuerste. Ich habe jetzt für mein Weihnachtsmenü fast komplett nur mit dem Messer gearbeitet. Gemüse, Fleisch, Pilze - tolles Handling auch bei etwas filigraneren Arbeiten. Das Messer liegt sehr gut in der Hand, sehr ausgewogen.

Better take 9 inch or switch to classic one
