**IF YOU ARE TRIFTY AND FABULOUS YOU NEED TO OWN THIS CROWN!!**
There is so much sparkle and shine, plus it will easily stay in place for a long duration of time. Highly considering buying myself one just because it's SUCH good quality and looks really good. I'm so happy I made this purchase! I took 4 pictures, to show how it looks in different lighting situations: inside with typical lights on with no flash, outside during the day with only natural light (being worn), and two in the dark with flash.
FYI, you can find this same design on another auction site for less money from China, but it takes a month to arrive in the US. For the hassle, it was worth it to pay a little more. I got compliments all night and even wore this little number on the Seven Dwarfs Mine Train. Here's how to secure it:
Insert bobby pins through holes before you put it on your head, then apply tiara to your head with pins facing down. Crisscross another 2-3 pins per side to secure, and cover with hair to hide (you can put the hair on your crown up in a little bun while you do this. When you let it down, it covers the pins.
Go to Michaels or craft store, get high strength elastic stretch cord (usually found with the beads). Get pinch closures in silver or gold. Insert stretch cord through loops, measure across bottom of your head, and cut slightly smaller than needed. After looping cord through both sides, crimp the cord with closure to secure. You can essentially use this combo to make an invisible headband to secure the tiara. In a pinch you could use ribbon, but that would be more obvious depending on your hair style.
Also it came very well packaged, nothing is falling off, its rapped in plastic inside a thick box then padded with large bubble bags inside another box! This is very secure while its shipping to you
