The anti-noise is terrible especially on bus or mrt (noisy spaces). is this its ability or defective product?

I am not sure that was a deface in the product though. I tell you what its the worse when you send and receive phone calls.

Most true wireless earbuds are poor for phone calls mainly due to their microphone placement. And this one is probably a little below average. But most manufacturers tend to overstate their noise reduction effectiveness. The earbuds with a stalk like airpods often fare better
