I am not able to connect them in stereo mode. Hard reset is also not working. Please suggest the possible solution?

Take out right first, then left earbuds from charging case.
After they connect to each other automatically, hit “Soundpeats Q32 R” on Bluetooth list.

The instructions are very vague. Follow this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vgznONfxhBc instructions say to reset you need to hold down both multifunction buttons for 10 seconds whereas the video says 15 - 20 and you'll see them blink again because of this. This will fully reset them and resolve the problem. Was definitely annoyed at this as well, you would think they would make better instructions.

i had the same issue. but what you need to do is first pick up and connect the R pod on the celphone an dhen without do enithing pick up the left pod and put it on your ear wirhout touch ans do anithing they pairin anutomatucly in stereo

try it and tell me.

ps sorry my english.

i was hours trying. and magici find tha solution and workst wvery time

You should have received an email from SoundSOUL Audio, thanking you for your purchase, just reply to that email.
That way they will know which particular model you have and the certain way you need to hard reset them.
The process described by Bryn Willey is a different way to how they told me, for mine. So to ease your frustration
email them.

Make sure your source is on. Take the right peat out 1st then the second. Make sure they are paired with your device. Don't push them in your ear too firmly or you could actually switch them off. Good luck

Out of charging case. Forget from all possible connecting devices to stop pairing. So both will be in mono pairing.
Power down both buds,
Hold down main button for approx 10 seconds,
you’ll hear a special chime as soon as you do Immediately put earbud straight in charging case,
if this does not work continue trying with the left earbud only, with the right one in pairing mode.
This worked for me. Good luck.
