I hadn't looked at the warranty card before now, but it is blank except for the serial number and date of purchase. The instruction booklet has warranty details. Quote:- Warranty. Wacaco Company Ltd warrants the Nanopresso against defects that are due to faulty materials or workmanshipfor a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. It goes on about about what the warranty does not cover etc. then lists the contact as "support@wacaco.com for repair or exchange.
I have been in touch with the company in China and got some seals free of charge. The biggest problem I found was when emailing them unless you speak Chinese, its really hard to communicate.
We found it made really good coffee for the first 500 cups, and now seems to suddenly loose pressure. This is still a problem.
Hope this helps. Regards Ian. See less
