I am not sure that was a deface in the product though. I tell you what its the worse when you send and receive phone calls.

Make sure to tap on the earbud in Bluetooth and press "forget" I had the same thing but I just clicked forget, reset them, let them sink to each other then connect to your phone (connect right one first if you have the older model)

Thank you for your question. There isn't any key, you could connect it with your device directly. If you have met any pairing issues, could you follow the video in the link below to reset the earbuds step by step? The video would be much clearer than the words in instruction.

At 00:48, please don't release the button until the led indicator reappears.
